leovegas roulette kicked me out during spin and support says no refund without round id

was doing my usual night spins, maybe third cup of coffee in, and i get booted out during the spin. screen froze, i log back in and the spin's gone. went straight to support and now they're saying i need a round id to even check on it. i didn't write anything down or screenshot, because who does when you play ten spins in a row? they won't even look it up by time or anything else, just keep repeating the same thing about the round id.

just feels off, because if you get kicked mid-hand in blackjack or poker, you get your bet back or can find the hand history easy. roulette should be the same, right? don't mind losing fair and square, but getting nothing and just "lost to the void" is sketch. curious if anyone else gets this same response or found a way around it. my habit is to always check balance after, guess i'll have to add screenshots too.
