leovegas live blackjack disconnected right after i hit 20 and support says no refund.

Had a weird one just now - playing live blackjack, get dealt a face card and a ten, sitting pretty at 20. Next thing, the game just drops. Tried to reload, table's gone, hand's over. Chat support just hits me with "no refund, decision made after disconnect." My connection is solid, nothing else dropped, just the blackjack table. Felt shady.

I'm not saying it's rigged, but it feels pretty off. Has anyone else ever lost a promising hand mid-play and got denied any kind of compensation? I get there's risk online, but you’d think if you get booted with a good hand, there’d be some way to settle it fair. Curious if this happens a lot or if maybe I'm missing something basic in the T&Cs?
