leovegas live blackjack disconnected right after i hit 20 and support says no refund.

Had a weird one just now - playing live blackjack, get dealt a face card and a ten, sitting pretty at 20. Next thing, the game just drops. Tried to reload, table's gone, hand's over. Chat support just hits me with "no refund, decision made after disconnect." My connection is solid, nothing else dropped, just the blackjack table. Felt shady.

I'm not saying it's rigged, but it feels pretty off. Has anyone else ever lost a promising hand mid-play and got denied any kind of compensation? I get there's risk online, but you’d think if you get booted with a good hand, there’d be some way to settle it fair. Curious if this happens a lot or if maybe I'm missing something basic in the T&Cs?

The part people miss is “table gone” isnt the same as you dropping. If the whole stream vanished, thats usually the live provider side, and casinos love pretending those are identical in the t&cs. Annoying stuff, because somehow i never get this kind of miracle on a dead hand.

yeah this happens and the part that stinks isnt even the hand its support hiding behind boilerplate. i was dumb once and didnt grab the round id from a live dealer glitch, got the same shrug back. since then if a site cant show the game log fast i assume their terms are doing sooo much work for them
