leovegas roulette history says refund but balance never came back.

saw something weird tonight on live roulette - bet went through, table glitched for a second, then the spin result flashed a refund icon in the history. but nothing ever got credited back to my balance, even after waiting a bit and refreshing. went through my transaction log and there’s no entry showing a refund or a failed bet either.

has anybody else had this? wondering if it’s just a visual bug or something deeper. before i reach out to support and dig up screenshots, would be good to know if anyone’s seen this pattern and if it sorted itself out. getting skeptical about what the game logs are really tracking when tech hiccups hit.
