leovegas blackjack locked my seat after disconnect and balance stayed reserved

had a weird one tonight. was up a bit in live blackjack and then got disconnected right as i was trying to double. when i got back in, my seat was locked, chips still showing as "in play" but no way to get back into the hand or watch what happened. the table ran a couple more rounds but my balance still showed those chips missing, like they were in some casino purgatory. support keeps saying it’ll "resolve soon" but that doesn’t do much for my nerves.

i usually stick to roulette but been dabbling in blackjack more lately since the promos have been drying up. not sure if this is just standard for live dealer or if i just got unlucky with a glitch. anyone seen this before? got any tricks for dodging these disconnect headaches?
