leovegas live dealer froze during bonus round and then session history skipped it

got caught up on a blackjack live dealer session and the game froze smack in the middle of a bonus side bet round. waited a minute or two, refreshed, and suddenly i was back at the lobby with the session history not showing the hand at all. normally with other sites, you at least see an incomplete record or get a result pushed a few minutes later, but this one just vanished.

not sure if this is a tech glitch or one of those times when you just have to chalk it up to variance in user experience. never had my stake disappear or anything but it's just weird when it’s like the hand never happened, especially during a bonus. i always keep an offline tracker but it kinda messes up the stats when session history skips stuff out of nowhere. anyone else run into this or is this just the universe balancing the books again?
