stake live roulette showed “bet rejected” but balance still dropped after spin.

so this has happened to me at the blackjack tables too, not just roulette. i click to place my bet, it flashes “bet rejected” or something like that, but once the hand or spin finishes, the chips still come off my balance. it’s weird because i never get a clear answer from support, they always say it’s a “visual bug” or something like that. but i can see the money’s just gone, no bet in play, nothing showing in history half the time.

i’m not sure if it’s some kind of server lag, or maybe just the live dealer interface messing up under a lot of traffic. but it makes me paranoid to push my luck or raise the stakes. i usually just refresh the page and pray my chips actually go where i want. does anyone have a good way to track if those “rejected” bets actually get played, or do you just have to chase down support every time?
