live roulette chips showed on table but transaction history says stake returned

so i just had a weird thing happen. put down chips on live roulette, could literally see them on the table, dealer spun, ball landed. but when i checked my transaction history, it says my stake was returned, no bet processed. not really sure if i should be happy or mad, cause i lost the spin anyway, but this feels sketch. i didn’t touch anything, stream didn’t cut, chips just vanished after the spin like magic. you’d think there’d be some notification if they voided the bet or had a glitch.

not my first time seeing odd stuff on live tables but usually there’s some message about technical issues. can’t figure out if this is like free insurance against my own bad bets, or if i should be worried it’ll screw me next time it glitches.
