stake roulette bet showed accepted then round history says no bet placed

Placed a bet on roulette last night, and the interface definitely showed “Bet Accepted” in green but then when I checked the round history after the spin it had nothing recorded. Pretty frustrating since it would have been a winner if it had actually gone through. I usually double check every move, so I know I didn’t back out or cancel it by mistake. I haven’t hit my bet limit or anything, plus my balance reflected that the chips were taken until the round finished, then it all reset.

It’s making me second guess using my bonus on roulette now, honestly. Is this some lag thing with the site or have others had their bets ghosted before? Not sure if I should chase support or just chalk it up to a glitch. Has anyone had this happen, and did you actually get your winnings after contacting support or was it just a lost cause?
