stake roulette history shows refund first then changed to settled loss later.

Noticed something weird last night when I was on roulette. I saw that a round got marked as a refund in my bet history, but then when I checked again an hour later, it was changed to a settled loss. At first, I thought maybe I dreamed it but I know I double-checked, even got all superstitious and reloaded everything. The refund popped up right away, and then poof, gone the next time I peeked. Not exactly the plot twist I was hoping for at 2 am, right?

I've had rolls voided before, but never saw it show as a refund and then flip to a loss after. Makes you wonder what kind of haunted hamster is running in the background on their systems. Anyone else run into this kind of history switcheroo? Do I contact support or do I just accept my fate and eat another handful of chips in shame?

Yep. Seen roulette show refund during a stream hiccup, then settle as a loss later.

Nah, I wouldn't pin it on the hiccup part like it's some spooky roulette curse. Half these histories are just a dumb front-end ledger catching up to the real round result. I saw it on Monte Carlo Roulette once, clean hd stream, no freeze, no drama, and the history still wore the wrong label for a while like a pothole patch in rain. The thing that matters is the round ID and provider log, not whatever the pretty little history tab says in the moment. So yeah, contact support, but only for the transaction record. If they can't give that, then I'd trust the history screen about as far as I'd trust fresh asphalt in February.

That’s not something I’d just ignore. If the history changed, support should be able to explain why.

Yeah I’d screenshot stuff like that right away, especially when the result changes. Vega is another option to look at.

Nah the part that pisses me off is the delayed regrade, not the hamster. I had a roulette hit sit “void” for 23 minutes then come back dead after provider sync, same greasy vibe as slots when a bonus balance gets yanked, lmao somehow it’s never the other way round huh

Live Dealer does this when the studio feed drops. The refund is temp, the provider result is the real real part.

A refund turning into a loss later would have me checking it twice too. Definitely worth asking support about.
