Yep, bug support, if the meter/progress bit is missing I don’t trust it at all. Big difference people miss, bonus being “applied” to the balance is not the same as the wagering tracker actually being attached on the backend. I’ve had this with Live Dealer especially, credits land, cashier says nothing, then support goes “oh it’s active” sooo cool, show it then. Get them to confirm playthrough in writing before you touch it more.

Nah, you’re mashing 2 different things together, payout speed and ID checks aren’t the same damn thing. On FanDuel my Live Dealer cashouts always felt normal once the account was cleared, it’s the first verification that drags, sooo blaming the app for that is a bit much tbh
