ball jumped from my number last second and im done for tonight

Had one of those classic heartbreakers at the table - was feeling pretty good about 26, had a decent chunk riding on it, and sure enough the ball hovers right over it, hesitates, then just hops over into the next pocket. That kind of tease is starting to get to me more than just a straight loss. Feels like the ball has its own little grudge sometimes, honestly.

So I called it a night before I started chasing, but I can't help thinking about how random it really is when the ball jumps like that. I know roulette's all odds and chaos, but do any of you actually look for patterns in where the ball tends to land or do you just treat every spin as a fresh start? Curious if anyone’s actually tracked certain dealers or wheels and noticed anything off, or if that's just wishful thinking.
