ball hit my section after i removed it and i hate this game

Had that dumb moment again where I talked myself out of a section at the last minute and of course the ball lands right there. Seriously feels like roulette is taunting me sometimes. I’m way more steady with blackjack but these roulette swings mess with my head, especially online. Live dealer is supposed to feel more real but somehow it just stings worse when you see that wheel hit your old number.

Anybody got tips on sticking to your guns and not second-guessing your picks? Or is that just part of the madness of roulette for everyone?
