Yeah I had better luck the second I stopped expecting their history page to be useful. On Live Dealer I screen record if anything even twitches weird, because that neat little session ID is basically a museum label for a rock, great, thanks. Had one hand where Late Surrender got handled goofy, I knew the count of cards, my seat, dealer name, even when the shoe switched, and the only thing their system wanted was some magic number I was never shown. Since then if I’m playing more than a couple hands I just keep my own receipts. Annoying, yes, but support on this stuff feels like talking to a parking meter half the time!!!
Feels like you're giving “rhythm” way too much credit. If you're bouncing between Live Dealer and auto roulette, are you logging the same wheel and same zero rules, or just remembering the dead patches because the live pace drags and every miss sits there on the screen longer
Yeah, Live Dealer stuff does this more than people want to admit. I’ve seen Monopoly Live flash one fat multiplier in the animation, then the settled payout comes in smaller like the screen got ahead of itself, same kind of laggy nonsense as roulette when the display is off, not exactly amazing!!!
Hit a crazy streak on live roulette earlier, pulled out a nice win, and suddenly got a message from support asking for a selfie video to “verify the play.” Usually they just want the ID docs, maybe a selfie holding the doc, but a real-time video request after a win threw me. Yeah this is the part that bugs me too!!! With Live Dealer, once the hand is dead it's dead, nobody comes back next morning with a clipboard. Props get this weird "official after review" shield only when they want it. I’ve had rebounds flipped on me, never once had a losing assist prop quietly turn into a win after. Did your bet history at least show the original settle time and then a resettle, or just the lower balance and nothing else

Nah, this is where people start seeing patterns in live dealer because the burn is slower and every card feels personal!!! I used to blame certain live blackjack tables too, wrote it down, was wrong, it was just a rotten run and me steaming after doubles.

I'd leave it alone. I did the noble message-support thing once on a Live Dealer roulette overpay, got my balance stuck in review for two days, cured me of that pretty fast.
