Hit soft 18?
Spanish 21 pace weird as hell, yeah, but on live dealer soft 18 vs 10 isn't some gut-check thing, it's just a hit for a reason.

Hit a weird snag with a live dealer blackjack session last night. Played for a couple hours, got some lucky streaks, but woke up to an email saying all my winnings were voided. Turns out the table I played wasn’t eligible for bonus money, even though I thought it was. I double checked the terms and saw some vague lines about “certain games” being off-limits but nothing clearly spelled out. Support says it’s standard policy, but that feels sketchy - like how are you supposed to know in real time unless you cross-check every hand? Anyone run into this before with live dealer games? If I’m consistently playing live tables, is there an easier way to avoid these screwups besides avoiding bonuses altogether? The fine print on these promos just seems to keep getting longer.
Power.Win won't tell you much. My last Live Dealer cashout after bonus sat 30 hours, then support did the usual vanishing act, real charming!!!
Maybe not bad luck, but 24 hours after bonus play usually means manual review. Live dealer wins seem to trip that stuff more than slots, in my mess anyway
Got a payout stuck on pending status for over 24 hours now, which isn’t normal for me here. Usually it’s super fast with crypto but now it just sits there saying “processing.” I checked the address and everything’s good, so no user error. I did use some bonus chips recently if that matters. Haven’t gotten a response from support yet, either. Anyone else have longer waits recently or know if there’s something up with big withdrawals or bonus-related stuff slowing it down? Just trying to figure out if this is becoming more common or if I’m just unlucky this time.
The part that bugs me is rugby handicaps get graded off the event ID and market line, not some intern dropping a letter in the team name. If the kickoff, league, and handicap all matched, that "discrepancy" excuse is thin as paper. Seen the same stink in tennis and live dealer stuff too, where suddenly everything needs verification after you win, funny how that clock only starts then?!
Power.win?! Did their live dealer chip selection stop acting drunk yet or still dropping weird bet glitches!!!
Support just tells you the promo is “processing” and reads off the whiteboard, big help. With Live Dealer blackjack the settled hands lag is the real thing, one table swap or a couple pending rounds and that cashback drifts into tomorrow, just how they do it
That 72 hour line is exactly the kind of term they hide the real delay behind, and with Live Dealer it gets worse because the promo clock usually runs off settled hands, not when you finished playing. People miss that part. If you were on blackjack and bounced between regular tables and any VIP tables, or had a few rounds hang in settled/pending on the provider side, the cashback calc can slide a day easy with no banner and no “pending message” at all. Support will still read the script at you, naturally. I wouldn’t treat “usual drop time” like it means anything once live casino is involved, that stuff is held together with tape and a shrug
