wilds landed useless

Had one of those sessions where wilds kept dropping but somehow managed to totally whiff on making anything good. Like five wilds across the grid and it still lined up with the cheapest low symbols. I started laughing after the third time but deep down the frustration was simmering. Does anyone actually feel like wilds make less impact on some games lately, or is it just confirmation bias when you catch a cold streak? Wondering if certain games are just coded with these wilds as pure filler and not as helpful as we like to think. Anyone else feel like this?
