stake blackjack replay shows my double down card but payout still says single bet win.

I was going back through a blackjack session replay and noticed something weird - on one hand, I doubled down on a soft 15, the replay shows the double down card being dealt like it should, but the payout at the end is exactly what you get for a standard win, not a double. The chips get pushed out like it's just a regular win, nothing extra for the double. Everything else in the hand looks correct, animations, deal, even dealer behavior.

Is this just a glitch in the replay software or should I be worried my double didn't actually get registered? Anyone ever have this happen before and did it get resolved, or is this a sign to dig deeper into my past results?

I’d check the actual bet history, not just the replay. If it shows a single-bet payout, screenshot the hand and contact support with the round ID. Could be a replay display bug, but the stake and settlement records should confirm what happened.

Round ID, sure, but did the wager line ever show a bet re-open?!

Yeah this is the dull Online Casinos thing nobody tells you, the button can light up and the round still closes as a plain hand. I messed that up once on a speed table, thought I doubled, nope, lag ate it. Check if your stake actually jumped 🙂

Yeah I'd trust the ledger over the replay every time, crypto casinos love having janky replays. I had a speed table hand show the extra card fine, bet history still told the real story, replay layer was off

Yeah that's usually the replay being drunk, live dealer replays desync all the time. Check the actual hand history, not the cartoon.
