caesars blackjack replay link shows wrong round id for my biggest hand.

Weirdest thing happened - went to review my last blackjack run and the replay link for the hand where I doubled up bigtime is pointing to the wrong round ID. Instead of showing my monster 20 vs dealer 5, it takes me to some boring push from earlier in the session. I'm triple checking the hand numbers and it's not matching up with the timestamp either. Super confusing because every other replay works fine, only this one of course, my luck is bugged.

I'm trying to keep cool and not get all conspiracy theorist, but has anyone else seen this with their big hands? Is this just some kind of replay glitch or should I actually be worried about some data getting lost? Any tricks for matching up your play history when the replays go sideways?

yeah ive seen this crap and no i wouldnt jump straight to lost data rn id be more annoyed at how useless support gets unless u hand them every crumb lolll

the only thing that ever helped me was grabbing the boring stuff right away stake size seat spot dealer name studio casino if it shows and the table rules version if they changed anything that day. specific. support people act braindead unless u spoon feed em. same with poker logs honestly if u dont save ur own receipts first they suddenly cant find air. soooo id screenshot the history page now before it mutates again

nah, replay links glitch all the time. my slots history has shown the wrong spin before too, annoying as hell but not spooky sooo far

seen this kind of thing when the session ledger and the video server drift a few seconds apart, and once that happens the round id can point at nonsense while the wager record is still right, which is why i trust the settled bet line way more than any shiny replay link and keep moving

20 vs dealer 5 and the link misses that one specifically yeahhhh id be side eyeing it too, seen weird live dealer replays before
