caesars live blackjack balance updated wrong after a push and support wants round id

so i got a weird one here, just playing regular low stakes live blackjack and after a push, my balance went down instead of staying the same. i know it wasn’t my eyes since i always record my sessions for review. went to chat support and they tell me they need a “round id.” is everyone supposed to track these or what? i don’t see any clear round id listed in the game interface, unless i’m blind.

i’m really not buying that this is the normal process either, since every other operator i’ve dealt with just looks at time and table. has anyone else had balance mess-ups like this and had to jump through hoops? how are you even supposed to find these round ids?

Yeah, had it once on classic blackjack. I didn’t track the round ID either, just used my screen recording timestamp and kept at support, support.

"regular low stakes" doesn't prove anything, live feeds mispost hands same as poker logs do sometimes

Maybe I’m wrong, but no, this “give us the round id” stuff always feels like support tossing the spare key onto the roof so you stop asking. In live dealer, if they can pull camera angles and the shoe history on their side, they already know what happened. A push debiting you is not some mystery event. I’ve had support do the same stall dance before, and every time it smelled like “make the customer do our homework.”

Yeah that part is dumb, time and table should be enough. I had a slots hit log wrong once and support made me do their homework too
