bet365 blackjack balance dropped after dealer bust and support says round pending.

so here’s a weird one - i was on live blackjack, the dealer went bust, i was supposed to win, but my balance actually dropped by my original bet instead. checked the bet history and it shows as “round pending” which i’ve never seen before when the round played out and finished clear as day. support said they’re looking at it but it’s already been hours, and they just repeat that it’s under review. honestly i don’t really tilt unless it’s something technical and unexplained like this

timing was perfect for a comeback too. anyone seen something like this? do these things ever get fixed without chasing support every day
