live blackjack hand showed push but transaction history says dealer win

so i’m sitting in my usual hoodie, just casually losing in live blackjack and a weird thing pops up. got a hand where it clearly showed a push, both me and the dealer had 19. chips sat there for a second, chat pops off, then suddenly, transaction history says “dealer win” and poof, my bet is gone. never seen it before. checked the replay, looks like a push every time. so i’m scratching my head, figuring if i need new glasses or if this is some system lag glitch or what.

i’m not big on chasing support tickets since last time it turned into a saga, but this isn’t really a “let it slide” moment. anyone else had this? maybe i missed a rule or something goofy with side bets, but nope, wasn’t even playing those. staying in my comfort zone here, just straight up blackjack. would love to hear if this has happened to anyone else, or if i’m just the official bug magnet again.

Nah, the “little pause” is the tell lol, same janky vibe as netbet live dealer audio cutting out right before nonsense 😒

What gets me is when the ledger updates before the table display catches up. Ive seen that on live blackjack when a crowded table is choking and suddenly your push turns into housekeeping math. Maybe im just salty because mine never glitch in my favor, not once.

Yeah, had it, and the part that annoys me is people acting like the replay is gospel lol. On online casinos that replay is basically theater. The real meat is the round ID and whatever the provider logged on the backend. I had one live table settle off a bad card read once, screen looked normal, balance sure as hell didn’t. Support did the usual dumb dance till I asked for the raw hand record and settlement code, then soooooner or later they "investigated." If your history says dealer win on a clean 19/19, I’d blame busted card recognition or a janky overlay before I’d blame your eyes lmao. Save the screenshots and round number right now or they’ll pretend nothing happened

yeah, live speed tables get goofy with resettles, push is not a dealer win tho 😬
