casino review after live dealer game history missed a winning round

Had a weird one playing live blackjack the other night. The game feed glitched out right after I placed my bet, and when it came back, my bet was gone and there was no history for the hand. Later checked the round history and there’s just a gap, like it never happened at all. Support said it was a “system error” and credited back my stake, but now I’m wondering how common this is with these live games.

Honestly makes it hard to trust the flow, especially for someone who tracks results to spot any long-term patterns. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of thing on live dealer tables?

If they refunded your stake, it sounds like they recognized something went wrong. I'd still ask whether the game provider has an official incident report for that table. I've seen similar situations discussed around Gamdom and other live casinos.

Yeah, that makes sense. If they refunded the stake, something likely went wrong on their end.

what i'd wanna know is did the betting timer already tick down when the feed hiccuped, bc i've had live tables do that little half-second freeze and then act like your chip never existed lol. was this one of those netbet-ish random freeze deals or a proper missing-seat round thing
