evolution blackjack round id missing after my double won and balance didnt update

so i was playing a live dealer table, doubled down on 11 against a 6, got a face card, dealer busts, but my balance didn’t change. tried refreshing and everything, but no round id showed up in the history either, just completely missing. feels sketchy cause i know the hand hit, and it's not like i'm new to these tables. i don't want to go through a whole support song and dance unless i really have to.

anyone else ever had a whole hand just vanish like it never happened? i’m mostly wondering if it's a technical bug or if i should start being way more careful playing these live games. does it ever get sorted without having to push for it, or am i dreaming?
