evolution blackjack round id missing after my double won and balance didnt update

so i was playing a live dealer table, doubled down on 11 against a 6, got a face card, dealer busts, but my balance didn’t change. tried refreshing and everything, but no round id showed up in the history either, just completely missing. feels sketchy cause i know the hand hit, and it's not like i'm new to these tables. i don't want to go through a whole support song and dance unless i really have to.

anyone else ever had a whole hand just vanish like it never happened? i’m mostly wondering if it's a technical bug or if i should start being way more careful playing these live games. does it ever get sorted without having to push for it, or am i dreaming?

11 vs 6 and a double, yeah I'd click that every time too 😅 had a classic blackjack hand vanish once after a split and just sat there blinking.

If the round isn't showing in your history at all, I'd give it a little time in case the game is still syncing. I've seen live tables update late before on Gamdom and Evolution games.

Nah, “give it time” is where they get people, lol. If there’s no round id at all, that’s the part i’d be mad about, because that usually means the wager never got properly committed on the back end even though the hd stream made it look clean. Live blackjack does this dumb thing where the visual hand feels final but the actual recorded state is separate. I’ve had it around a shuffle break and once on perfect pairs blackjack, of all stupid places. Salty as hell because of course it’s never the losing hand that “goes missing” lmao. Screenshot table name, dealer, exact time, chips, all that pocket-lint evidence. No id = don’t just sit there hoping.
