betmgm blackjack froze right after double down and balance updated wrong

Has anyone had their blackjack table freeze right after a double down? This just happened to me - clicked double, table stuck, then it refreshed and my balance jumped to a number that doesn't add up. Not sure if it took the double or just ate my bet. Kinda kills my trust when I can’t see the outcome, especially mid-hand. I checked my game history, but it’s just as confusing, shows the hand ended but not the result.

I’m used to variance swinging my way or not, but weird tech issues just mess with my head. Just wondering if others have had similar glitches and what support told you. Makes you wonder if playing live dealer might be safer, or if bugs just come with the territory online.

That balance jump bit, yeah. Had that once after a £10 minimum bet hand and it did my head in

Yeah, had that crap on Roulette too, freeze ain't the hand, it's the balance update, WEIRD

If the balance and hand history don't match, that's definitely something I'd ask support to review.

Yep, had it on multi-hand blackjack once, tuition.

Those sessions can be an expensive lesson. At least they remind you how important it is to stick to your limits.

Limits are nice, sure, but i care more about the round log than the sermon. Was this infinite blackjack on RNG, or live dealer with that netbet-style lag? I’ve only seen the phantom-balance circus on the canned games, and support acts like they’re reading a toaster manual.

Live dealer lags too, but multi-hand's worse.

Hard 11 double then freeze?! Was this infinite or multi-hand blackjack, op? That's the tell tbh

Could be lag, but nah, if balance looks off I'm OUT lol

Yeah, I’ve had that kind of freeze on a double and it somehow “finds” the losing line fast enough. Slots at least just burn you in plain view. I’d trust that more than a ghost hand.

"ghost hand" is exactly why i stick to poker, frankly!!!

Nope, the freeze itself doesn’t prove it’s picking a loser, that bit always annoys me lolll. I was dead sure I’d been clipped on one bad double, chased it for 3 days, and it turned out to be a ledger hiccup same as Sports Betting grading delays... Ugly, yeah, but not spooky.
