fanduel blackjack support wants round number but game history only shows session id

Had a weird one with support and wondered if anyone else here ran into this. They asked for a round number to check an issue with my blackjack hand, but when I went to the game history, all I got was a session ID and no actual round numbers listed anywhere. Scrolled through the details for ages and still nada. So now I’m just stuck with this session ID and they’re acting like round numbers are right there on display.

I keep records of my hands pretty tight but it gets sketchy when their system and support aren’t on the same page. Live dealer tables I’ve played on at other places actually list the round number or a hand reference, so this is just confusing. Anybody else have better luck or a way around this?

Yeah lol live dealer support does this dumb split all the time. I had a hand at 9:14 pm, dealer name + bet size, got fixed in 1 reply.

Yeah I had better luck the second I stopped expecting their history page to be useful. On Live Dealer I screen record if anything even twitches weird, because that neat little session ID is basically a museum label for a rock, great, thanks. Had one hand where Late Surrender got handled goofy, I knew the count of cards, my seat, dealer name, even when the shoe switched, and the only thing their system wanted was some magic number I was never shown. Since then if I’m playing more than a couple hands I just keep my own receipts. Annoying, yes, but support on this stuff feels like talking to a parking meter half the time!!!

Yeah, this is the part that always annoys me: support people read off a script written by somebody who’s never opened the actual history page. “give round number” and the ui gives you a session id, brilliant stuff. I had the same kind of nonsense on live roulette once, not blackjack, and the only thing that got movement was hammering them with exact time, wager amount, and whatever the table was called. Not because it’s elegant, just because it corners them. If they don’t expose round refs to players, asking for one is clown work. Same mess on vip tables too, just with nicer wallpaper
