fanduel blackjack settled my push as loss then support asked for hand id

Blackjack push on a ten dollar hand, dealer didn’t have blackjack and we both showed twenty, but my bet went down as a loss. I reached out to support expecting a quick fix, but they told me to provide the hand ID. Thing is, I’m not exactly sure where to pull the hand ID from since this wasn’t a poker table or live dealer - just standard online blackjack. Never had to track a hand ID for something this basic before.

If this ever happened to someone else, did support actually fix it? Or did they end up saying “no record, no refund” or something like that? I usually track my sessions pretty well, but I never thought I’d need to log each blackjack hand too. Makes me wonder if I should screenshot every hand, just in case.
