draftkings blackjack history shows push but balance dropped like it was loss.

saw something weird tonight - my blackjack history is showing a push on a hand but my balance went down like it was a straight loss. i double checked the hand log and it’s definitely labeled a push, not even one of those split hands where the math gets fuzzy. feels off and now i’m side-eyeing the other rounds too. anybody else ever catch this or is this just another little tech “glitch” they sweep under the rug? trying to decide if it’s even worth talking to support or if that just eats more time i could spend grinding other promos. what would you do in this spot?

id bug support, a push should net 0 full stop. had dk mispost a 25 hand once, they fixed it 🙂

The part that cooks me is when Live Dealer history and wallet timing drift apart by even one beat haha, then suddenly YOU’RE doing forensic accounting over a hard hand like a damn intern. And yesss, I’m salty too when other people get the magic fix fast.

supports only useful if u hit them with the transaction log not just the hand screen, thats the part that gets them moving. seen the same kind of crap in roulette where the history says one thing and the wallet ledger says another, different bug from an actual bad settle and they act like its the same til u pin em down

Id be MAD, ive never had a push book as a loss. Was it after a double or side bet, or did the poker-style hand history just plain not match?

I'd hit support, yeah. Promo credits post weird as hell sometimes, I had a $25 match make a push look short...
