draftkings slot win showed in history but withdrawable balance didnt change.

Hit a slot win, nothing insane but enough to matter, and it’s showing up in my play history like usual. The thing is, my withdrawable balance didn’t go up at all, not by a cent. Already checked for the classic stuff like bonus cash or playthrough stuck in the mix, but this was real money spin, not promo. So now I’m just staring at the history and wondering if I’m missing some new policy, or if this is a known glitch people are seeing lately.

Anyone seen anything similar lately? Feels shady as hell but maybe I’m overthinking it and there’s some quirky rule I missed.

I've played on DraftKings, Gamdom, and a few other sites, and the first thing I'd do is verify the transaction log against the wallet history. If the spin is recorded as a real-money win but your withdrawable balance never increased and there's no bonus or pending balance involved, I'd ask support to review that specific round. Most of the time it's either a wallet synchronization issue or an accounting error, but having the round details ready speeds things up.

Nah, “most of the time” being sync is too generous lol. I’ve seen this garbage on crypto casinos when a quick spin round gets recalced by the slot provider after history posts first, so yeah, OP isn’t overthinking it lmao.

Maybe its not shady, just a dumb ledger lag, but if the win is in history and cash didnt move, thats not normal. I’ve seen roulette balances update cleaner than slots on these apps, which is saying something sooo yeah, I’d treat that like a glitch until support coughs up the adjustment.
