draftkings casino says my session expired but bonus balance kept decreasing anyway.

so i’m chilling on blackjack, doing my usual “double down for no good reason” routine and suddenly get kicked with this “session expired” pop-up. i shrug, figure i’ll just log back in and pick up where i left off. only when i get in, my bonus balance is way down. no idea where it went since it was all just spinning that same table.

has this happened to anyone else? feels sketchy. never seen a balance keep dropping when i’m not even in a session. i know most of us have our own trust issues with these online tables but this one threw me. is it just a lag in the refresh, or did it actually keep taking chips off while it thought i was gone?

would love to hear if anyone else has seen their bonus balance drain out during these “expired sessions.” is there a trick to getting it sorted, or do i need to get my best hoodie on and go full karen with support?

blackjack bonus meter is its own dumb little universe tbh, side bets and doubles post after the session toast way too often!!!

Side bets are the rot. I had a $25 perfect pair hit post 11 minutes later and the meter was STILL wrong.

What always gets left out on these is the promo side and the session side are not really the same thing, that stupid bonus ledger can keep reconciling after your login dies because the wagering counter is its own little machine. I hate it, and yeah i'm a little salty because the one time i actually had a decent run on a deposit match, that meter suddenly got very precise after being vague for an hour. If your cash balance didn't move the same way, that's the tell, it usually means the promotion engine finally decided what counted and what didn't. Support can pull the promo transaction history if they feel like doing their job, i'd ask for that specifically, not the game history, the promo ledger and timestamp trail

Yeah I’ve seen bonus balances move after a boot, usually the last blackjack hand settles late and the lobby catches up after. Still feels shady as hell when it happens like that

lmao the hoodie is basically required uniform for this stuff. for me the ugly part isnt even support its that half these casino clients get desynced as hell after a timeout and keep showing some zombie balance til u hard close everything. ive seen it way more on blackjack than slots tbh, slots at least finish the spin and move on, tables love acting haunted after a session dump. feels sketchy every time even when its just their janky frontend doing interpretive dance with ur bonus meter
