bonus balance vanished

so i was grinding some blackjack, only using my bonus cash, and poof - next thing i know, my bonus balance is just gone. not zeroed out, like literally disappeared from my balance window. didn’t switch games or go over any weird limit either. live chat gave me the usual “system update, try clearing cache” line but nothing came back.

has anyone here actually had bonus balance pulled without warning or explanation? not the classic wager requirement confusion - like, straight up vanished. wondering if this is just a glitch or if i triggered some hidden term i didn’t see. did you get it sorted or just move on?

Seen this, bonus got yanked after a blackjack hand. Support saying cache is a tell, not a glitch

Yeah I had bonus money blink out mid-session, support fed me cache crap too, never came back. Same site let me play poker fine after, stupid stuff.

Had that once. Bonus tab vanished, support stalled, and I just cashed out what was real and left.

Yeah lol I had this on a sportsbook promo, not blackjack, same exact dumb “system update” line and support acted like clearing cache fixes THEIR backend. If bonus balance vanishes from the wallet window that’s usually buggy tracking, I’d be out after that tbh, SO over that crap
