bonus wallet missing

so i finished rollover on a blackjack bonus last night and now my bonus wallet just poofed. i’m not talking about the usual "wait for processing" thing. i mean it’s not even showing in my account section at all, like it never existed. got that empty spot where the numbers used to be, not even a zero, just air. checked both browser and mobile, tried two different pens - still the same nothing.

i already played through the required hands and kept a spreadsheet, so i know i didn’t miscount my wager. no terms about midnight resets or “mysterious disappearance if you stand too often on 14”. live chat says “it’s escalated to the team” but i feel like the “team” is a rubber chicken in a hard hat right now. i get that these promos are all coded by exhausted goblins but i’d rather just see an error message than watch my balance turn into a ghost.

anyone else ever have the bonus wallet just vanish without so much as a notification?
