what annoys me is books know exactly when you're rattled and that little button suddenly looks merciful. that's the part i don't trust, not some honor code. halftime on nba is where they vacuum up panic from anyone staring at a 7-point swing and tired legs. i use cash out maybe a few times a season, same way i'll quit a slot after a stupid bonus tease, because sometimes the whole thing just turns rotten. still a bit jealous when people hit it perfectly though. mine usually age into regret by breakfast.
