Was trying to keep up with my roulette sessions and usually jot down my spin ids to track patterns. But last night, the spin id just stopped showing up on the live dealer table. Refreshed and even switched browsers but still nothing. I’ve always relied on that to double-check wins and losses. Not sure if it’s a glitch or some new change they rolled out but it’s definitely throwing off my system. I’m not blaming the site or anything, I get that sometimes they’re testing new layouts or whatever, but it’d be great if they gave a heads-up first. Anyone else notice the missing spin id lately? Maybe there’s a new spot it shows up or a workaround I missed. Do you all keep track without it or is there a better way I should be logging spins in case it keeps disappearing?

Hit a free bet win on the weekend and got a tidy sum, but now all the winnings are showing under bonus balance, not cash. I checked the T&Cs and see there’s a rollover requirement, but it’s not really clear if it’s just the free bet amount or the whole thing that needs rolling over. Anyone run into this? Support keeps quoting the same generic line at me and not getting into specifics. Not sure if I should keep playing through, or wait it out. I don’t want to get stuck making random bets just to clear this if there’s a workaround or smarter route to take. Oh it’s “normal” in the same way a cheap mug handle snaps right when you trust it 🙄 Cashout is promo glitter, not a real feature, especially on small college props and weird markets, if I want out, I hedge now and move on!!!
