Been using the same printed basic strategy chart for years but lately I’m seeing different moves on some of the newer ones online. Like they say always hit 16 against a dealer 10 but now a few sites are saying surrender if possible, and even some minor things like double vs split seem switched around in places. Is this just a thing with certain deck counts or house rules or are these charts just put together sloppily sometimes? Don’t want to mess up my rhythm at the table just because some influencer blog said so. Anyone got a chart source that’s been rock solid, or is there always gonna be this much variation?

Logged in this morning to pull my blackjack hand histories and realized the round where I hit a 3 card 21 is nowhere in the list. It was one of those cool ones too, queen and a six, then pulled a five for the 21. I always save the fun hands to compare results, but it’s just skipped in the history. The last hand in the record is the hand right before, then jumps to the one after, like the 21 never happened. I’m used to seeing some lag or occasional weirdness, but never had a whole hand disappear. I double-checked to see if it ended up in the wrong day but no luck. Is this pretty common or am I just unlucky here? Anyone else had hands vanish from the history, especially with memorable payouts? Wondering if I should be concerned about errors or if it's usually just a glitch.
