sportsbook review after cashout looked good but vanished every time i needed it

Noticed something off when I tried to cash out a decent win for the third time - the "cash out" button just ghosts, no warning or timer, then suddenly reappears at like half the payout a minute later. I saw some chatter about this before but didn’t believe it till it happened to me. The lines on less popular games seem to move even more erratically too, not sure if it's pure algorithm or what.

Is this pretty normal lately or am I just unlucky with sketchy timing? Anyone got the same disappearing act happen at different books?
