Cashout offer vanished?

Placed a live bet on a soccer match last night and had a cashout option showing during halftime, but when I checked again late second half it just disappeared without any explanation. I didn’t make any other bets or mess with anything. Just kept checking back and suddenly the cashout button was totally gone, not even grayed out. Is this just normal risk control stuff? I didn’t see any crazy swings in the match, and the odds didn't drastically change until stoppage time.

Do you guys see this often or is it some glitchy nonsense? Feels like it happens way more often on less popular leagues for me. Not sure if I should get used to it or if I should be bothering support every time. Curious what everyone’s experience is, especially the folks betting live or on weird markets.

Yeah, that disappearing cashout on lower-league live soccer is straight bookmaker risk control dressed up as “dynamic pricing” and it’s always worse when the feed lags a few seconds. Had one vanish in the 68th on a Czech 2. Liga total after three throw-ins and a VAR check, which is ridiculous

Yeah, I’ve had this happen. Usually the cashout disappears when the market gets suspended or the odds start moving too quickly.

Yeah maybe glitchy, but live cashout just vanishes on thin leagues a lot

Yeah, normal enough on thin live markets. Was it some low-tier league or a same-game leg tied to slots promo stuff?

That can happen with thinner markets. I'd check the specific market and promo terms before assuming anything unusual.

Promo terms won't save you when the live feed gets hinky... I've had soccer and even Poker side markets drop cashout mid-stake, ngl a little salty still

its not even the market thing for me, its the feed and the price model. live soccer is brutal for that. one little stoppage, var check, injury, even a clock sync hiccup and they yank the offer first, explain never. thats why it feels random when the odds on ur screen look basically the same rn

and tbh this is why i dont build a live bet assuming cashout is part of the plan. if i want out i look for a hedge and do odds comparison, way cleaner than begging for their button to come back. cashout is usually just them selling u ur own ticket back with extra juice on top. support wont tell u anything useful either, youll get some risk management paste and thats that

Yeah lol, live cashout vanishing on smaller leagues is normal as hell

Halftime, sure.

Halftime is the clean window, after that they only show cashout when it suits their hedge, not when it suits you. Same as live roulette: once the table says no more bets, waiting is the only move you actually control.
