cashout button greyed

Made a play on a football match earlier and noticed the cashout button was greyed out the whole time, even while the bet was live. Never had that happen before, usually it pops up pretty quick. Double-checked if it was a market thing or just lag on my side but everything else was updating normally, odds shifting, no site freeze, etc. Balance and open bets both displayed fine.

I get there’s sometimes a delay if the action’s heating up, or if it’s a lower league match and the book doesn’t want the risk, but this wasn’t some off-brand league or weird prop. Full-on Premier League, pretty straight bet. Kind of threw off my plan since I always leave a window to bail for stability’s sake, especially if the game's not going my way.

Anyone else had this where cashout is locked the entire match? Is there something I’m missing that affects when the button gets switched off?
