withdraw button greyed out

Anyone else run into this? Went to cash out tonight and the withdraw button is just greyed out, no error message or anything, account balance definitely covers the min withdrawal. I’m only in it for sports betting really, don’t play slots or anything, so I haven’t touched any bonuses that would lock funds. Crypto wallet address is same as always, KYC been done for months. I’ve had it happen once before on a poker site, but that was right after a reload bonus and it sorted itself after a couple days. This time I’ve got nothing pending or in play

I’m pretty careful with my betting so haven’t triggered any kind of risk flag, at least as far as I know. Annoying cause I was planning on moving these funds to try another sportsbook for tonight’s playoff lines. Anyone have this before and know if it’s a tech bug or some kind of random review?
