withdraw method changed

Been using the same withdrawal method for a few months, no issues at all, and now all of a sudden the option is gone from the cashier section. Support is just giving me canned answers about “security reviews” and “updates to banking partners,” but nothing concrete. Meanwhile, the alternative options take way longer or hit with weird fees.

Not sure if this is because I’ve had a couple bigger wins lately or just bad luck with timing. Has anyone else run into something like this recently? I try to avoid keeping too much balance on these sites but getting funds out smoothly is part of why I stuck around in the first place. Looking to hear what others are seeing, especially with slots-focused platforms.

If it disappeared for everyone, it's probably a banking or payment partner issue. If it's only missing on your account, I'd definitely ask support if there's an account-specific restriction.

“Security review” is the part that stinks, that’s where crypto casinos start doing the slow walk and acting cute with fees, seen that crap after cashing decent hits and yeah maybe I’m salty!!! Mattzy might be right, but support usually knows and just won’t say it

Nah, on crypto casinos this is usually a cashier permissions thing, not some mystical pattern. Did your method disappear right after you submitted a bigger withdrawal, or only after a slot hit put you over some kyc tier?

"Kyc tier" is doing a lot of work there. I've seen methods vanish after a phone change, not a win.

What I’d track isn’t the slot session, it’s the boring account crap nobody thinks about. Password reset, new card added, phone/email tweak, bigger than usual withdrawal, even a fresh login from mobile. I had this happen on a poker account after I updated my number and tried to pull a decent cashout the same night. Method vanished like it never existed, support fed me the same “banking partner/security review” oatmeal. Could’ve been coincidence, maybe. But I quit assuming it was game-related after that. These places love acting like the cashier is stable right up until money needs to leave. Since then I cash out fast and keep screenshots like a paranoid mechanic with receipts.
