card cashout unavailable

Tried to cash out my blackjack winnings to my card last night but the option is just gone for me now. This has never happened before and I never got any warning. I checked with the live chat but all they said was something about “routine security checks” and to try another method. Problem is, I deposit and withdraw from the same card every time so I don’t want to switch it up and risk getting stuck.

I’m not in a hurry to cash out, just want to keep it consistent and avoid giving them a reason to slow walk my withdrawal. Anyone else seeing the card option disappear lately? I only play roulette and blackjack and pretty much only do one or two withdrawals a month, so I doubt I triggered anything weird. Would be great to hear how others handled it or if this is just temporary.
