Cashout locked again?

second time this month my cashout got locked and they’re saying it’s “routine checks.” didn’t hit anything wild, just slow grinding a roulette bonus for once. didn’t even try splitting up the withdrawal, so it can’t be that. i do use crypto when i can since it’s faster and honestly i like seeing the txid pop up. this time though, it’s just sitting in limbo with no real answer from support, only that “they’re looking into it.”

don’t mind the wait much but just feels weird when you play by the book and still get flagged. anyone else seeing this more often lately? is there something new they’re checking for or just more people cashing out these days?
