cashier says pending review

Went to cash out this morning and the cashier message popped up saying my withdrawal is “pending review.” I’ve run into this maybe once before on another casino but it was a smaller amount that time and cleared up in a few hours. This time I withdrew $850, which isn’t huge, but more than I usually play with in a session. Just wondering if others have had this pop up even on mid-range amounts lately.

I already did the KYC docs when I signed up, so there shouldn’t be anything missing there. Never broken any bonus rules or played multiple accounts. I don’t chase promos much either, just stick to slots and a bit of poker. I find it weird they’d flag a regular withdrawal unless it’s just their system being cautious or slow. If anyone has had a similar thing lately and knows how long the review actually takes or if it means I should expect extra steps, I’d like to know what to expect.
