crypto casino says my btc cashout passed review then went back to pending again.

Had a weird thing happen with my cashout last night - BTC withdrawal on a site I’ve used a handful of times. Got the “passed review” message and it even showed up as approved on the withdrawal page, but about three hours later, it snapped right back to “pending.” Never seen that before. Usually if it goes to review, it either gets bounced or pushed through within a day. I only ran a few small blackjack and roulette bets this time, nothing wild.

I’m not in any restricted region and I didn’t trigger any kind of bonus - just played through what I deposited, so I doubt it’s a wagering requirement hangup. Makes me wonder if this is a glitch on their end or if something with their cashout processing got flagged twice. Anyone else have their BTC cashouts go back to pending after approval? Not sure if I should sit tight or start prodding their support.
