cashier pending review

Had my last withdrawal switch to "cashier pending review" and it's kind of stalling there. Usually I see cashouts go through with only a short wait, but this time it's been almost a day and nothing has moved. No verification request or email, just stuck in limbo. I've heard mixed things about what triggers this review - some folks say it's just random, some say it happens if you win big, or change up your deposit methods. I did play a bit higher stakes recently, not sure if that's got anything to do with it.

Kind of annoying when you're trying to keep your records organized and the status just hangs. Anyone else get this? Wondering if it's usually manual review or just system delays, and how long you all had to wait for things to clear up.
