account under review

My account just got thrown into "under review" status after a pretty standard slots run. I wasn’t even up by that much, so I have no idea what triggered it. Only weird thing is I hit two decent bonuses within like half an hour, nothing crazy but enough to cash out some midrange winnings. Now it’s frozen and the pending withdrawal has gone nowhere for almost 48 hours.

Anyone else been stuck in review limbo over just regular slot play? Is there actually a system that flags certain patterns, or do they just randomly mess with accounts?
