Deposit method unavailable?

so outta nowhere my go-to deposit method is just greyed out in the cashier now. not on maintenance either cause support’s answer was basically “check back tomorrow” which is code for “no clue when or if it’s coming back.” got cash in hand and got a promo i wanna chase, so this is honestly tilting. other deposit options are either prehistoric or they have high fees i really don’t want to eat.

do they just drop payment methods with zero heads-up like this? kinda feels sketchy considering i’ve used it for over a year. has anyone else had their main deposit option nuke itself without warning? i know variance is part of the game but not sure if i’m getting hit by the usual “luck” or if this is some pattern i need to watch for. i’m not about to mess with crypto just to play a few spins, honestly.
