withdraw reversed itself

i put in for a withdrawal yesterday after hitting a decent blackjack run, did the whole doc upload thing again, then i log in today and the withdraw is back in my balance like it never happened. no email, no message in the account either. i double-checked if i maybe canceled it by accident but i didn’t touch anything. only other time this happened was ages ago and support blamed “technical issues.”

kinda worried to try again, don’t wanna get stuck in a limbo or flagged for “suspicious behavior.” never had any bonus attached and play is mostly blackjack, no martingale or anything shady. curious if anyone else sees this when cashing out or if there’s something stupid i might be missing in the account process. been waiting to buy new boots so that money is burning a hole now.
