888 withdrawal reversed?

Just had a weird thing happen with a withdrawal - requested a cashout in crypto after a solid run, got the confirmation email, but then logged in a couple hours later and saw the balance back in my account. No explanation or email about it reversing. I’m super careful with KYC and don’t usually push limits. My transaction history just shows “reversed” now.

Has anyone else had this before? Not sure if it’s a glitch or if support is just slow to reach out. I always keep screenshots and receipts just in case, so if this goes south I’m covered. Wondering if there’s something I missed here.
