888 withdrawal reversed?

Just had a weird thing happen with a withdrawal - requested a cashout in crypto after a solid run, got the confirmation email, but then logged in a couple hours later and saw the balance back in my account. No explanation or email about it reversing. I’m super careful with KYC and don’t usually push limits. My transaction history just shows “reversed” now.

Has anyone else had this before? Not sure if it’s a glitch or if support is just slow to reach out. I always keep screenshots and receipts just in case, so if this goes south I’m covered. Wondering if there’s something I missed here.

yeah, had that once after a roulette hit. balance popped back like a bad penny... support took a day, called it “review” and i got paid after

My balance changed during a review, and support resolved it after about a day. Every case is different, though, so hopefully they can clarify yours soon.

I've seen reversed-withdrawal discussions around Gamdom and other crypto casinos. The first thing I'd want to know is whether the withdrawal was actually broadcast to the blockchain or cancelled before it got that far.

“broadcast to the blockchain” is the WHOLE thing. If there’s no txid yet, crypto casinos act like it never left and support plays dumb.

Could be a glitch, but nah lol I’ve had slots cashouts bounce back when they wanted another KYC pass. Support drags, as usual.

Yeah, the “a couple hours later” bit... Had that once on a crypto cashout, balance boomeranged back in and support went QUIET.
