bonus balance duplicated

Logged in after a break and my bonus balance was literally showing double what it should have been, but my cash balance didn’t budge. Thought it was some magic glitch and had visions of the slot machine gods finally rewarding my years of charitable deposit activity. Did a quick test spin on my go-to fruity slot and the bonus didn’t decrease the right way - it looked like half my bet came from each version of the bonus. Not complaining exactly, but something isn’t adding up and now I’m not sure if I’m gonna get paid if I actually hit something good.

Has anyone run into a bonus system glitch like this where the numbers look inflated but nothing else changes? I’m itching to fire up a blackjack session but don’t really want to be stuck with phantom money or get locked out mid-way through a lucky streak. Just feels a bit sketchy to play with a balance I can’t trust, even if it’s funny to look at that number for a second.

I’d screenshot the duplicate balance and send it to support. Better to have them confirm what’s actually available.

Wallet bug, yeah, but the bit that matters is the wagering meter behind it. I’ve had slots show a fat bonus number while the playthrough barely moved, which is WAY worse than a pretty glitch. That’s the bit that comes back to bite.

Yeah i’ve had this on crypto casinos, and it was basically the bonus ledger duplicating in the front end, not actual playable value. Looks cute till you hit something and then suddenly the math “fixes itself” lol. The part people miss is if your cash balance stayed flat, it’s usually not free money, it’s two bonus buckets referencing the same funds, dumb as hell but pretty common. I would NOT touch blackjack with it bc table games are where they love to recalc mid-session and act like you’re the weird one. Slots at least show the split weirdness right away. If support can’t explain which balance is the real real one, i’m out 🙂
