played plinko with bonus balance and real balance mixed, now withdraw amount looks wrong

I spun up Plinko last night with both bonus and real funds showing in my balance, wasn’t really thinking about which was being used for each bet. Now my available withdrawal is less than what I thought I had won. My transaction history shows a whole jumble of bonus contributions, real money, and then some amount “locked” in the bonus balance. Not really sure how they’re splitting out the funds or which wins count as withdrawable. I mostly stick to blackjack where this split doesn’t get as messy, so Plinko got me this time. Wondering if anyone else had this weirdness?

Maybe “weird” is generous, Plinko is basically a carnival bucket with a deposit button. Yeah, I’ve seen bonus screens turn a normal cashout into pure junk-drawer nonsense, which is exactly why I go back to blackjack. At least that mess feels HONEST when it bites you.

Yeah, this weirdness is super common in crypto casinos and it’s almost never the Plinko part, lol. It’s the stupid wallet priority/order they use when bonus and real are mixed. I got burned on this exact crap a month ago: bet looked “real,” win got tagged to bonus bucket, then half my balance turned into fake-withdraw money lmao. The part people miss is wins don’t always inherit the source you think they do. If bonus was active at all, they’ll usually funnel value back into the locked side first. Annoying as hell, and yep, withdraw total ends up looking wrong.

Plinko, really?! Was it one big hit that made the split look off?
