rollbit bonus balance mixed with real balance and now cashout math looks wrong.

I’m seeing some strange stuff on my balance after I accepted a reload offer and kept playing the live dealer tables. The bonus and real balance just got merged together in the UI at some point and now the number for possible cashout just doesn’t add up compared to what I think should be withdrawable. I went through my play logs and it looks like the system is treating everything as one pool, but isn’t updating the cashout eligibility in a way that’s clear. Tried to figure the formula but it’s just not matching up with normal bonus rules I’ve tracked in the past. Anyone else ever get this crossover issue after mixing reloads and cash balances?
