Bonus balance stuck?

so yeah, i get that sometimes you’re not supposed to cash out your bonus balance before clearing the requirements, that’s obvious. but what’s the deal when it just sits there, not moving, even after playing out the rollover? i’ve triple checked my wager tracking, i’ve played the right games, no side bets or weird slots, literally just blackjack, straight up. so the whole idea that it’s some kind of game restriction, i get it, but come on.

i know some say it’s a waiting period thing or a system update issue, but i’m not convinced. feels like there’s something off, maybe a clause i’m not seeing or just some arbitrary thing nobody warns you about. anyone else seen their crypto bonus balance just sitting and mocking them after hitting every requirement, or is it always user error? i’m too organized to have missed a step, i think.
