gamdom bonus balance stayed locked after wagering hit 100%.

Ran into something strange with a casino bonus balance not unlocking even though it said I completed the full wagering requirement. Yeah, I’ve had this with slots, and the dumb part is the 100% bar is often just a front-end toy lol. What I’d ask support is the exact game list and contribution log for your last 20 spins, not some canned “completed” line. Stuff like Wheel of Fortune-style forced bonus rounds can track weird as hell, especially if the bonus trigger itself gets counted differently than base spins. If the math is right, make them show the contributing wagers line by line.

last 20 spins is too narrow ask for the bonus engine log and excluded games list. roulette contrib gets zeroed a lot and yeah im salty when bars fake 100

I've actually had something similar on Gamdom once. The wagering bar showed 100%, but the bonus balance didn't unlock right away. It eventually sorted itself out after support checked the account, so hopefully yours is just delayed too.

I've seen that happen on Gamdom too. If the wagering is complete, it's worth giving it a little time, and if nothing changes, support can usually confirm what's holding it up.

Yeah the part people miss is 100% on the little progress thing is not always the same as the bonus actually clearing in the back end, I had this with Live Dealer before where the bar said done but one chunk got reweighted or kicked out later and the bonus just sat there like a brick, annoying as hell. Don’t ask support “why is it locked,” ask for a manual wagering audit with the exact bet IDs, timestamps, and which games counted at what rate, make them say if Live Dealer was partial contrib or excluded after the fact.
